One 18k yellow and white gold (lower shank stamp illegible; Trademark 'CARTIER'; under the gallery stamped '380') ring that weighs 15.0 grams and is a Size 5.5. Featured at center is a dome surrounded by coral like prongs.
The cast and assembled ring secures the open back, white domed center within the free form yellow prongs. The center dome is Florentine finished.
