Same day or within 24-48 hours.

Important Note: The total delivery time includes processing (making your jewelry) and shipping (delivery by the carrier). Shipping times apply only after your order has been processed.

USA: 2-10 business days (weekends & holidays not counted)

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-5 business days 

My tracking# has not been updated. What can be done? 
So, as you know, shipping providers can take longer to scan and deliver packages during this time. Kindly allow a few days for your tracking information to update. Depending on your shipping zone, It could take 2-12 days.

  • This policy requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.


Returns

You can return the merchandise if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You will need to do so within 30 days of receiving the item. *Receiving is the estimated date the item will be delivered (the shipping company determines this date once the package is shipped).

  1. Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.

  2. A restocking fee shall be applied for returned goods following the price range table provided below :

    $1 - $100 = $15
    $101 - $300 = $25
    $301 - $500 = $40
    $501 - $900 = $50
    $901 - $1500 = $60
    $1501 - $2500 = $70
    $2501 - $6500 = $120
    $6501 - $10000 = $220
    $10001 - $15000 = $350
    $15001 and Up $450

    Sometimes, we can use your restocking fee as a credit towards another purchase.

  3. All returned items will be inspected to determine whether they were used or modified. Suppose the returned items have already undergone considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing). In that case, this disqualifies the buyer from a refund, which will not be issued, and the purchased item will be returned to the buyer.

  4. Custom work (including resizing, custom orders, dipping the gold, etc.) is exempt from all return and exchange policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and can not be accepted under preexisting terms.

  5. Payments made towards a custom item are nonrefundable.

Please note that all items marked as "Final Sale" are offered at significantly discounted prices and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before finalizing your purchase, as all sales of these items are final.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it or exchange it within 30 days. Most orders can be exchanged or returned by phone or email.

Please keep in mind that our return and exchange policy timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

What products aren't eligible for return?

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including Layaway orders).

  • Rings that have been resized or modified.

  • Engraved fine jewelry. We charge $40 to remove the custom engraving, but you can return an engraved ring.

  • Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.

  • Items that have been previously exchanged.

  • Custom-designed jewelry.

  • Any orders that were altered while in process.

Refunds

Once your order is returned, our Quality Assurance team will receive and inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in unworn condition and verify that all promotional gift(s) with purchase are present before issuing a refund.
